1. Why the name fours?

inspired by the fact that most of our furry friends live life on all fours.

 

2. DOES FOURS SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We ship to most countries and provide you with a tracking code.

 

3. what are your shipping charges?

We charge a flat rate of $6.90 per order and $2.90 per subsequent item. we also offer a flat rate express shipping at $14.90 per order and $4.90 per subsequent item.

 

4. Can I change my order?

We process your order within 12 hours of receiving it and as such are unable to amend orders after it has been placed.

 

5. When will my order be dispatched?

your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days.

 

6. how can i track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking code once an order is dispatched. If you do not receive this email, contact us at fours.twenty@onfours.com.

 

7. When will i receive my order?

please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive. If you still have not received your order after 3 weeks, please contact US AT FOURS.TWENTY@ONFOURS.COM.

 

8. How will my package be delivered?

Your package will be delivered to your door and require a signature on delivery. If no-one is there to sign, the package will be sent to your local post office for later collection. If your package is not collected within your local post office's time restrictions, it will be returned to FOURS. We are not responsible for re-sending the items you have delivered if it is returned to us. Further postage fees will be required.

 

9. What is your returns and exchange policy?

unfortunately we are unable to provide returns and exchanges at this time. However, we are working towards being able to provide RETURNS AND EXCHANGES in the future.

 

10. Are import duties covered by fours?

Import duties vary by country and as such is the customer's responsibility should you be charged.

 

11. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American express, discover and apple pay.
